1st session free - you're monthly payment begins after your first session.
4 x 1 hour sessions per month - the session days/times are by mutual agreement and do not have to follow a particular pattern. E.g - you may wish to have two sessions in one week.
Unlimited email support - during normal business hours
Free notebook and pen - taking notes is important and the act of writing information down supports the creation of new neural pathways.
Access to a comprehensive Support Network - learning doesn't end and the creation of new habitual behaviours takes time, repetition and patience; even after learning the skills. The Support Network is designed to help you keep on track.
No fixed contract - after the first 2 months, simply provide 1 month notice.
