WORKPLACE ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

The Accelerator begins with gaining an understanding of your company; what you do and how you do it, the company structure & culture, plans & goals, & and any other information that will be helpful. After a brief introduction, we'll spend time observing, asking questions and talking to staff. The observation process is accompanied by questionnaires and individual workflow information which is then analysed to determine what training is required. Training is delivered to all staff over a period determined by the specific needs identified in the analysis, and is followed up with a period of targeted support. The support involves us spending time in your workplace providing guidance to ensure new habitual behaviours are formed based on the training provided.

The company On-boarding process of new staff is also reviewed to ensure that all new team members are introduced to the new company processes, systems and expectations
